Ambush Magazine

Founded by Rip and Marsha Naquin Delain in 1982, Ambush is an LGBTQ themed magazine published in New Orleans. When Rip and Marsha died in 2017, Tomy Acosta bought the publication and kept it alive until 2020 when the COVID pandemic shut the city down. In 2024, I spearheaded the return of Ambush in print and now serve as its Editor in Chief. With a circulation footprint along the Gulf South, Ambush is published six times a year.
